Lockdown 2.0

With ‘lockdown 2.0’ starting Thursday 5th November we are pleased to say that, as per government guidelines, we will remain OPEN!
All our team have returned to full time hours and we will be proceeding with regular appointments, whilst continuing to offer emergency appointments if required.
Our COVID procedures have been honed and refined since reopening and we have been pleased to receive glowing feedback from many of you about how safe you feel whilst in the practice. Our biggest investment has been to install large extraction fans in both surgeries that dramatically increase the number of air changes per hour. They are for use when we are drilling or using the ultrasonic to clean your teeth. They can make the room colder for longer treatments and you may wish to layer up in these instances. We are still operating with a ‘locked door’ policy and are only seeing patients by appointment, this is invaluable in keeping footfall through the practice low. As such, please continue to attend your appointments alone wherever possible. As we’re a small practice, and very few patients attend at once, we often have enough space in reception to wait at a comfortable distance from others. Alternatively you may prefer waiting in your car.
