I joined here as my Mum recommended the practice after I had a couple of bad experiences elsewhere. I'm a nervous patient, so much that I've experienced days of anxiety before going to the dentist before, but Amrinder has made me feel at ease. I don't feel rushed at my appointments and it feels like Amrinder generally cares.I'd definitely recommend this dental practice to nervous patients. Every other staff member I've met there so far are also very friendly.

today I had an appointment with the new Dentist who I understand is the owner of this practise. i told him I was very nervous and he assured me there was no need. I was told just what was going to be done. I hardly felt the injection and I hardly had any discomfort right through the treatment. best dental appointment I have ever had, I won't have to panic before my next visit. The staff have always been friendly and professional. thank you very much. Will be happy to return.

I had an excellent experience at Caversham Heights. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Kate and Dr. Amrinder, who took the time to explain everything in detail and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. Their care and professionalism were truly outstanding.The clinic itself is impressive, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with the treatment for personal and financial reasons—particularly my uncertainty about maintaining the required regime—I sincerely appreciate the thorough guidance and support I received.I highly recommend Caversham Heights for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care, and I will certainly keep them in mind for the future.

I've been a patient here for 20+ years. I highly recommend Karen, my dentist, to everyone. She is incredibly professional and always welcoming and friendly.Whilst I've seen a number of changes in the Practice over the years, the one, wonderful constant is the amazing Carol! She is very much the public face of the Practice. She is an absolute asset to the business. There's nothing she doesn't know! Everything she does is always 100% accurate, she always puts the patients first and really cares about what she does and ensuring positive outcomes for the patients and the business. She deserves every bit of positive recognition and to be looked after by the team around her!

Myself and my family have been attending Caversham Heights Dental Practice for over 27 years and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Katy is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had. She is up to date with all new procedures and is passionate about looking after her patients. The whole team are wonderful and could not be more helpful and accommodating. Any time we have had a problem they have been outstanding in getting us seen and sorted. I’ve been a client of Caversham Heights Dental Practice for 28 years. Even though I moved to Bracknell 15 years ago I still attend the dental practice and would never consider moving to one somewhere closer. Katy is an exceptional dentist, she is friendly and really puts me at ease when I have had oral surgery. Carol on reception is the most friendly and welcoming receptionist I have ever come across. Having spent years hating my teeth and hiding them in photos, I have always wanted to eventually have braces, but I felt a bit embarrassed about the prospect of this in my late twenties. Then, last year I saw an advert for CHDP where they were offering an open day for Invisalign consultations and I decided to go along and see if it would be something I was interested in.Dr Amrinder was able to show me an initial mock up of how we could potentially get my teeth looking and I was really impressed, so I decided to give this a go, as I'd seen some of my friends have amazing results with Invisalign.Having started at the beginning of December 2023, my top teeth are now finished their treatment in August 24, and I have about another seven weeks on my bottom teeth. We finished up my journey with whitening (included in my Invisalign package) and I opted to have composite bonding on two of my teeth to bring them in line with my other teeth as they were much smaller in comparison.I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results - I literally cannot stop smiling and I have received so many compliments. My new teeth have quite literally changed my life, I only wish I had looked into it sooner.As well as being pleased with the look of my teeth, I have exclusively complimentary things to say about the team at the practice, from Helen on reception, to Megan who has been my dental nurse for most of my appointments, but in particular to Amrinder who has been friendly, reassuring, and has been even more focussed on me achieving my perfect smile than I have. A few of my teeth took longer to move than we had initially hoped, but Amrinder has always been quick to action to adjust my plan to make sure that I'm as happy as possible with my new smile. The team have also been excellent at communicating with me quickly whenever there has been an update.Thank you all so much for all of your hard work - it is greatly appreciated.

Really fantastic team! This is the 3rd country we’ve lived in and probably the best dental experience we’ve ever had. Amrinder is extremely skilled and innovative in his technique. He has an amazing approach with kids and my 6 year old daughter, who has had traumatic experiences in the past, loves him. He explains the entire process thoroughly and is flawless in his execution. The admin team and dental assistants are also wonderful and welcoming. Really glad to have found this practice and that it lives up to the reviews.

I visited Caversham Heights Dental Practice today and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Amrinder. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and the atmosphere was calm and professional.Dr. Amrinder is exceptional! He took the time to explain every procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. His expertise and gentle approach made what could have been a stressful experience quite pleasant.The office is equipped with modern technology and maintains the highest standards of hygiene. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment. The whole process took around 6 months and the change in my teeth is huge! The whole team were lovely and the process was pretty pain free and straightforward. Highly recommend! I’m very happy with my now straight teeth!

Wonderful dental practice! Everyone is so lovely and helpful. I’ve just finished a tooth whitening treatment as I had a damaged front tooth that was getting darker than the rest, and I hated the way it looked. Amrinder was amazing and helped repair my tooth and worked with me to make sure the whitening level was just what I wanted. Within 2 weeks my teeth look great and the darker tooth is no more and the whitening is very natural. Highly recommended! 🙌

I have been using this dental practice for many years. I can be a bit of a baby when it comes to having treatment but honestly the practice is so very good. My dentist Karen is a wonderful kind and gentle dentist. It helps when you’re made to feel at ease. The receptionists are also kind and friendly whilst making sure they have all the right and up to date medical information about you. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area. The hygienist is also very good.

I cannot recommend Caversham Heights Dental Practice enough.I was an extremely nervous patient and had not seen a dentist for several years. Even from the first phone call with reception it was clear that my nerves would be taken seriously and that everyone wanted to make the experience as comfortable as possible.Dr Baidwan took the time to understand my previous experiences, why I was scared and explained everything really calmly and clearly with no judgement. He put together a treatment plan that worked for me, explained everything he was doing and why, and generally made every effort to put me at ease.I have been a regular fixture at the practice over the last couple of months - the treatment has been excellent throughout and seeing the improvement as the work has progressed has given me a renewed sense of confidence. I would highly recommend to anyone, but particularly those who have anxiety associated with previous bad experiences at a dentist.

I have been a patient at Caversham Heights Dental Practice for many years. When I first went I’m afraid my teeth and gums had been neglected. However, over the years with great professionalism, patience and encouragement from Karen as my dentist and more recently Jo-Anne my hygienist my dental health has been transformed. I’ve always been confident that the advice and treatment that they have given me is what is right for me.The atmosphere is welcoming; Carol on reception knows immediately who I am when I phone and with good humour and quiet efficiency organises my appointments – whether routine scheduled appointments or on those rare occasions when I have needed more pressing unscheduled treatment.In short, I get excellent patient care and I feel valued as a patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – even if in the future I move away from Reading I will return for my dental care.
