I have been using this dental practice for many years. I can be a bit of a baby when it comes to having treatment but honestly the practice is so very good. My dentist Karen is a wonderful kind and gentle dentist. It helps when you’re made to feel at ease. The receptionists are also kind and friendly whilst making sure they have all the right and up to date medical information about you. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area. The hygienist is also very good.

A fantastic practice with kind caring staff. My son had a major dental trauma and the care at caversham heights was superb and saved his teeth. Prices are reasonable too

I cannot recommend Caversham Heights Dental Practice enough.I was an extremely nervous patient and had not seen a dentist for several years. Even from the first phone call with reception it was clear that my nerves would be taken seriously and that everyone wanted to make the experience as comfortable as possible.Dr Baidwan took the time to understand my previous experiences, why I was scared and explained everything really calmly and clearly with no judgement. He put together a treatment plan that worked for me, explained everything he was doing and why, and generally made every effort to put me at ease.I have been a regular fixture at the practice over the last couple of months - the treatment has been excellent throughout and seeing the improvement as the work has progressed has given me a renewed sense of confidence. I would highly recommend to anyone, but particularly those who have anxiety associated with previous bad experiences at a dentist.

I registered for the Invisalign open day in October and decided to go ahead. I’ve found everyone at the practice to be friendly and welcoming and the appointments are quick and easy to book. As a very nervous patient, Amrinder communicates throughout to make me feel at ease. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Caversham Heights is an outstanding dental practice. We’ve been regular patients for the last 7 years - Karen is terrific and now brilliant with our young children too. More recently I’ve completed Invisalign with Amrinder - who has been just fantastic throughout and I’m so pleased with the results. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Quite new to the practice and very impressed with the level of customer service, Carole on reception is lovely, so welcoming and helpful, for a nervous customer she is very reassuring, nothing is too much trouble. Having had appointments with Karen as my dentist, she explains everything in detail so you are always aware of what treatment is needed and why. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been a patient at Caversham Heights Dental Practice for many years. When I first went I’m afraid my teeth and gums had been neglected. However, over the years with great professionalism, patience and encouragement from Karen as my dentist and more recently Jo-Anne my hygienist my dental health has been transformed. I’ve always been confident that the advice and treatment that they have given me is what is right for me.The atmosphere is welcoming; Carol on reception knows immediately who I am when I phone and with good humour and quiet efficiency organises my appointments – whether routine scheduled appointments or on those rare occasions when I have needed more pressing unscheduled treatment.In short, I get excellent patient care and I feel valued as a patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – even if in the future I move away from Reading I will return for my dental care.

Great judgement by Amrinder when he saw my daughter’s broken tooth after a fall and referred her for a jaw X-ray. She did indeed have a small fracture!Katy our usual dentist always looks after our whole family exceptionally well, good to know she has such a great colleague to step in when we needed urgent help.

Amrinder is an amazing dentist. He is excellent with my children as well. Caring and compassionate but thorough! His assistant Jo makes you feel at home and cared for throughout! They are a great team.The experience is great from beginning to end. Helen, at reception is friendly and efficient. Nothing is every too troublesome!

I have consistently had a good experience and received an excellent service at this practice. In addition to providing considered, well-executed dental care, Katy always makes time to ensure you are at ease and that you understand your treatment options and the reasoning behind a recommended approach. The entire practice is welcoming, the reception team are incredibly helpful and the hygienists are wonderful, communicating well with Katy to ensure a closed-loop of dental care.

Great practice, always had the best service. Karen has been our family dentist for nearly 20 years and we wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Carole on reception is always so helpful and gives us great service when we need to set up appointments or move them.
